For the person who loves large lots, mature trees, parks and fishing, jogging and walking, the Moultrie area is the place to be. There is a wonderful county park and public boat ramp located along the intra-coastal waterway at St. Augustine South. South of SR312 and West of the intra-coastal waterway, are four communities that offer larger lots, privacy between homes because of the many older established trees and homes over 2,500 square feet. These subdivisions are Moultrie Foreside, Moultrie Trace, Moultrie Trails and Oak Bluff.

In St Augustine Shores there is a nine hole Golf Course and The Riverview Club with a pool that you can join. By the Riverview Club is a large green area with a fishing pier and community pool.

Most of the neighborhoods; St Augustine South, St Augustine Shores, Moultrie Foreside, Moultrie Trace, Moultrie Trails, Oakbluff, Oakbrook, Moses Creek, Sea Pines, Creekside, are near water, jogging trails and parks. Located off of Wildwood Drive is Treaty Park with a dog park area for your furry friends.

If you want to live in St John’s County because of the schools but work in Jacksonville, this area is convenient to 95. Most of these neighborhoods are in the county property tax bracket and your homeowners insurance will be less. In some neighborhoods you will not be required to carry flood insurance - always check first! It is also only a 15 to 20 minute drive to the historic area of St. Augustine, Crescent Beach and Palm Coast.

There are no CDD fees; however, some of the neighborhoods have small homeowners association (HOA) dues. There are homeowners rules and regulations that will need to be followed. The homes range in price depending on location and size.
